Refund Policy

1. Fare Types & Eligibility

Refundable Fares: Eligible for partial or full refund minus service fees.
Non-Refundable Fares: Eligible for airline credit vouchers only.

2. Request Timeframe

Submit refund requests within 24 hours of ticket issuance for maximum eligibility.

3. How to Request

  1. Email refunds@yourdomain.com with booking ref and reason.
  2. Provide any required airline documentation.
  3. Processing takes 7–14 business days after approval.

4. Service Fees & Penalties

Our non-refundable service fee applies to all bookings and will be deducted from any refund.

5. Exceptions

Involuntary cancellations by the airline or force majeure events are processed per airline policy with no additional service fee.
