3What Personal Information We Collect

3.1 Enquiry & Contact Information

  • passport details (full name as on passport, nationality, passport number, expiry date, date of birth);
  • travel dates, flight preferences, and itinerary details;
  • frequent flyer numbers and airline loyalty programme details (if provided);
  • meal preferences, seat preferences, and special assistance requirements;
  • travel insurance preferences; and
  • payment billing details (full card numbers are processed by our payment provider and are not stored by us).

3.3 Sensitive Information

We may collect sensitive information where relevant to your booking, including health information (e.g., medical or disability requirements for airline special assistance) and dietary requirements. We will only collect sensitive information with your consent or where permitted by law.

3.4 Website Usage

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect non-personally identifiable information including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring website. This is used for website analytics and improvement only.

4How We Collect Personal Information

We collect personal information:

6Disclosure to Third Parties

6.1 Travel Suppliers

To arrange your booking, we are required to provide your personal information (including passport details and contact information) to:

  • airlines and other Carriers;
  • global distribution systems (GDS) and booking platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo);
  • other travel service providers where included in your booking; and
  • travel insurance providers (where you request travel insurance).

6.2 Regulatory Bodies

We may disclose your information to ATIA, the ACCC, or other regulatory bodies where required by law or our accreditation obligations.

6.3 Service Providers

We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating our business (IT providers, email services, payment processors). These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and may not use your data for their own purposes.

6.4 No Sale of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Because we arrange international travel, your personal information will be shared with overseas Carriers and relevant authorities in destination countries. By proceeding with an international booking, you acknowledge that your information will be disclosed overseas in connection with your travel arrangements.

  • secure email communication and encrypted messaging (WhatsApp and Messenger use end-to-end encryption);
  • restricted access to personal information on a need-to-know basis;

  • use of reputable, security-compliant third-party systems for payment processing.

While we take these precautions, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as completely secure. If you believe your information has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

8How Long We Retain Your Information

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law:

  • Enquiry data (for enquiries that do not proceed to a booking) is generally retained for up to 12 months.
  • Booking data (including passport and ticketing records) is retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with Australian financial record-keeping obligations and ATIA requirements.

When personal information is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to securely destroy or de-identify it.
