📋 Acknowledgment of Terms

By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have received, read, and accepted these Terms & Conditions prior to payment
Email confirmation from the customer stating they have received and accepted the Terms & Conditions is required before any booking is finalized or tickets are issued

📝 Booking & Documentation

Names must match passport exactly
Passport must have a minimum 6-month validity from return date
Bookings confirmed only after full payment and customer acceptance of Terms and conditions
All terms and conditions are provided before any sale is completed

🌍 Passports, Visas & Health Requirements

It is your responsibility to check and obtain required passports, visas, and health documentations

💰 Quotes & Itineraries

We act as an agent for airlines and travel service providers
Our terms and conditions are in addition to those of the travel suppliers
Supplier terms govern cancellations and refunds
Our quotes will include a link to our Terms and conditions
Quotes clearly show airline and agency fees

📞 Reconfirmation

Reconfirm flights 48 hours before departure
Reconfirm special services (e.g., meals, seats) at least 4 business days prior

✈️ Flight Fare & Airlines

Fares not guaranteed until ticketed
We are not liable for airline schedule changes or service issues

🚪 Check-in Guidelines

Arrive at least 4 hours prior to international flights

🧳 Baggage Allowance

Check confirmed tickets for baggage allowance information
Infants are usually allowed 10kg

⏰ Flight Time Changes

Check flight status 48 hours before departure

🏨 Transit Hotels / STPC

Hotel stays depend on airline rules
You are responsible for transit visa requirements

🛡️ Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended

💳 Schedule of Fees (Per Passenger)

Involuntary Cancellation Handling

No-show (under 72 hrs notice)

Note: All fees are per passenger unless otherwise stated and will be itemised on your invoice.

Refunds take 7–8 weeks or longer, depending on airline
